Our agent referred Zara to us for the sale of our (old) home and purchase of our current home. I was (and continue to be) thoroughly impressed with their service. We had several unique circumstances come up along the way, which I think is normal when buying and selling. And our lawyer Zohaib did (and continues to do) an outstanding job managing them. His communication is great, very timely responses to our inquiries and on several occasions he's gotten through very challenging situations on the phone or in person. He kept us well informed through every step, answered our questions and simply did what we asked of him. I can confidently state I would use his services again and certainly refer him to family and friends. I mentioned he continues to do a great job because even after both closings were complete, he is still taking the time to see through a few items and actively communicating.
